Delivery Timeframe

If the project or product is pre-made and available in our warehouse, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
For custom-built projects, the delivery time is up to 7 business days, depending on the complexity and requirements of the project. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

To confirm your order, a booking confirmation fee of ৳500 must be paid. This fee applies to selected projects or products and will be clearly communicated during the order process. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all regions of Bangladesh using reliable courier services.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items received. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the issue.
Custom-built projects are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
